Beagles as Pets: Here at Windyhill our beagles compete
in conformation shows, agility trials, obedience and rally-O competitons
but they are also part of our every day lives and live in our home with
us. They curl up and watch TV with us, follow me around the yard
as i do the yard work and welcome us home whether we have been gone for
the day or just a few hours. My husband says that after a
stressful day at the office their happy bark and wagging tails when he
comes home is the best stress relief you can buy. They
welcome our friends to our home and provide us with many hours of
enjoyment as we watch their antics, enjoy their company and they are
very eager to learn anything I wish to teach them.

Taylor loves to lay across the top of the couch, from here she can
watch what is happening in the kitchen (without getting into trouble) or
she can enjoy our Rocky Mountain View out our front windows.
